Notes : From Table 149, it is observed that the Expenditure on Primary and Secondary Education
           put together constituted 69.2 percent of Total Educational Expenditure in 1994/95 and it 
          increased to 69.9 percent in 2000/01. For projection purposes, the share of expenditure on 
          Primary and Secondary Education has been assumed to decline linearly from 69.9% percent 
          in 2000/01 to 65 percent in 2005/06.
