Note : Table 87 shows that the transition rate from Grade 6 to Form 1 has increased from 54% to 
68% during the years 1994/95 to 1999/00. Because of the Government Policy to achieve 
99% transition rate by 2005/06, transition rates for 1999/00 to 2004/05 have been linearly 
interpolated.
Enrolment in Forms 1 to 5 for 1999/00 are actuals.
Flow Model Technique has been used to project enrolment figures for the remaining years 
as shown in the Table and a constant flow rate of 99% has been used for all forms.
Number sitting exam is the total of grade 6 projections and other eligible grade 7 students
which was estimated at an average of 23% over the period 95/96 to 99/00.
