Notes :  Total Recurrent Expenditure at secondary level has increased at an annual rate of 1%
during 1997/98 to 2004/05 (see Table 95).  For projection purposes annual expenditure for
the existing schools  has been assumed to increase by an annual rate of 1% for all the
years. Additionally to accommodate implementation of quality and diversification of
programmes under the Education Sector Development Plan a total of
7.1 million (as has been projected) has been spread over the years 2004/05 to 2007/08.
